Light bodied with a soft old-world character. Smooth strawberry like nature with subtle vanilla and baking spices acidity. Mildly tannic with a salivatingly juicy finish. Goes well with Sexual Chocolate.

Rich clove and Eucalyptus on the nose. Dark and strong tannins. Charred French oak with black bing cherry undertones. Long smooth finish. Beat me with a stick Cabernet!!

Starts luscious and bright with dark luxardo cherry floating through the air. Mild Cedar notes with mind bending complexity. Slick mid -range tannins. Very easily ageable 20+ years, yet I’d drink it now. Cannot take as free bottle :-(

Strong hearty intense dark fruit. Full bodied jammy Boysenberry coupled with woodsy slatey background. Medium plus tannins and super long lasting. You’ll taste it next week. Aaaaalot going on here. ...still lingering

Beautiful toffee and subtle caramel. Dried lavender and toasted nuts. Mouth ripping tannins and as Italiano as it gets. Molto Bella. Comes off Ferrari leather with just a swipe. Should only get better for the next 20 years or so, after which is probably a crap shoot. 50% New French oak for 2.5 years

Cherry, plum, cocoa, and baking spice. Balance tannings. Almost like drinking a cup of black herbal tea while taking a bite of a chocolate dipped strawberry but much much better.

Imagine you’re a giant vanilla bean all liquored up from the night’s festivities. You walk into Willie Wonka’s chocolate factory and trip over everything, stumbling sporadically you fall head over heels into a massive vat of 87% Cacao Syrup. Layers upon layers of nutty goodness emerge and start to awaken all the crazy, intense, vibrant dark cherry loveliness. Cedar boxes fill the air while visions of dried lavender and dried plums start to dance the forbidden dance. Tannic, yes. Aspen tree bark, no. Smoother, silkier, like the slide at wet and wild. This wine is divine and holy, but if you give it time to open up and show it’s devilish side, you might just have to break out the bull whip for this one. 5 years in a barrel? I guess that’s all it takes

California Red Blend

Light and luscious waves of Honeysuckle and crisp Asian pear (the kind with the little white mesh basket). Tripping over aphrodisiac scents leads to micro-dosing levels of acid and a full round mouthfeel. This beauty goes down smooth and comes back rough. Keep it down and you will be presently surprised.

So smooth, so floral, so refreshing and airy. Low ABV so it’s almost impossible to get a hangover. Middle of the road acid levels, just enough to give you that vibrancy but not so much to make you feel like you’re doing shots of fireball. All in all a very pleasant, pretty, easy drinking wine. Perfect on hot days.

Citrus, pear and floral aromas. The fine mousse brings forth the light citrus, smooth and round in the mouth. Finish is round, with a note of grapefruit.
