2023 PINOT NOIR, POMMARD CLONES~PETALUMA GAP - 12.27% abv.
16.00/Glass $52.00/Bottle
Refreshingly bright like walking through strawberry fields in spring time. Airy and fruitful with a light young glow about it. Soft and easy to get along with. Think red candy apple with a hint of Cherry Cola.
2023 III OF CUPS
GRENACHE ~PASO ROBLES- 14.9% abv.
$14.00/Glass $38.00/Bottle
This wine makes Thanksgiving dinner more palatable with those annoying relatives. Scents of dried cranberries, light tobacco, and white pepper. Velvety mouthful and juicy soft tannins/ Lingering finish of cherry black tea. Pairs perfectly with turkey and stuffing.
2022 SANGIO
SANGIOVESE ~ PASO ROBLES - 14.48% abv.
$17.50/Glass $68.00/Bottle
Starts off tight like newly cut Lavender with stems. Leads into dried cranberries with little chunks of wet wood. Progresses into freshly picked Bing cherries, the ones that could use two more weeks on the tree but you pick them anyway. Full mouth feel… but in a good way. Bright yet not heavily acidic, just enough to highlight the juiciness as the saliva drips down your chin. Medium plus tannins, but who really cares by this point.. This is really a journey one must submerse themselves in. Enjoy the ride.
2022 NEBBIOLO
PASO ROBLES – 13.2% abv.
$18.00/Glass $68.00/Bottle
Visually dances like a butterfly with grace and poignant elegance. Touching, soft, yet powerful with mouth gripping tannins and character like Sinatra. Give this beauty time to mature and it will bring you to your knees with layered, leathered nuts and baths of dried potpourri. If you're lucky, you might even find some bramble fruit in there, ever so slightly. Still pairs perfectly with Ferrari’s on Tuesday. Best if drunk in 2034, and every year till then.
*2021 ZINFANDEL ~ LODI - 15% abv.
$13.50/Glass $32.00/Bottle
It's like the meat near the pit. That thick, gummy, sweet aged dried date. The kind you want to last until the sun rises. Hints of dark chocolate shavings on top of fresh maple syrup. Light and spicy on the palate. Tannins that barely scratch the surface. Elongated lingering flavor.
*2021 SYRAH
ALEXANDER VALLEY - 14.6 abv.
$15.00/Glass $42.00/Bottle
Visions of dark succulent plums jousting with the light sweetness of centrally forested French hardwood. Strangely lighter than expected tannins around the mid range. Smooth and refreshing, easy on the back end. Really just an all around pleasant finish. So good when it hits your lips.
2019 QUINTO
CABERNET SAUVIGNON ~ ALEXANDER VALLEY- 13.9% abv.
$17.00/Glass $52.00/Bottle
See above but with that little brother flair. Richer, smoother, funner and more aromatic. Fined with egg whites to soften the tannins from 5 years on oak, #notvegan

2018 QUINTO
CABERNET SAUVIGNON ~ ALEXANDER VALLEY- 13.9% abv.
$69.00/Bottle
Imagine you’re a giant vanilla bean all liquored up from the night’s festivities. You walk into Willie Wonka’s chocolate factory and trip over everything, stumbling sporadically you fall head over heels into a massive vat of 87% Cacao Syrup. Layers upon layers of nutty goodness emerge and start to awaken all the crazy, intense, vibrant dark cherry loveliness. Cedar boxes fill the air while visions of dried lavender and dried plums start to dance the forbidden dance. Tannic, yes. Aspen tree bark, no. Smoother, silkier, like the slide at wet and wild. This wine is divine and holy, but if you give it time to open up and show it’s devilish side, you might just have to break out the bull whip for this one. 5 years in a barrel?
2019 NEBBIOLO
PASO ROBLES – 13.5% abv. *
$79.00/Bottle
Beautiful toffee and subtle caramel. Dried lavender and toasted nuts. Mouth ripping tannins and as Italiano as it gets. Molto Bella. Comes off Ferrari leather with just a swipe. Should only get better for the next 20 years or so, after which is probably a crap shoot. 50% New French oak for 2.5 years
2022 THE WAY - CAB BLEND
PASO ROBLES – 13% abv. *
$58.00/Bottle
2022 TORO
TEMPRANILLO BLEND ~ SAN DIEGO - 14.2% abv.
$72.00/Bottle
Caramelized honey dripping from freshly charred carbon. Hints of wet perfumed leather draped over a bowl of fresh cranberry’s. Medium plus tongue sucking tannins. Memories of walking down dimly lit cobblestone back alley’s of Sevilla. Pairs well with Gazpacho and thinly sliced Iberico. Bien Provecho!!
2019 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
NAPA/POPE VALLEY– 15.3% abv.
$22.00/Glass $90.00/Bottle
Starts luscious and bright with dark luxardo cherry floating through the air. Mild Cedar notes with mind bending complexity. Slick mid -range tannins. Very easily ageable 20+ years, yet I’d drink it now.

2019 PETITE SIRAH ALEXANDER VALLEY - 14.2% abv.
$85.00/Bottle
Strong, hearty, intense dark fruit. Full-bodied jammy Boysenberry coupled with woodsy slatey background. Medium plus tannins and super long-lasting. You’ll taste it next week. Aaaaaa lot going on here. ....still lingering.
2019 PETIT VERDOT ALEXANDER VALLEY - 15.66% abv.
$125.00/Bottle
Deep mouth filling awesomeness like a brothel on a Saturday night. Intense dark plumb jousting with a graphite No.2 pencil, then slapping you across the face. The exact opposite of the juiciness as though you just ate a mango with a spoon and no napkin. Think, sucking on the bark of an Aspen tree with a tough of honey then ingesting a spoon of turmeric powder. Gravely tannic. Goes well with hot coitus and Kangaroo steaks (which can be substituted for venison, lamb, goat, or any other red meat you may have trapped.) The Coitus cannot be substituted.

CHARDONNAY ~ PASO ROBLES - 13.1% abv.
$14.00/Glass $34.00/Bottle
Silky kaffir lime leaves brush past your naked breath, while visions of freshly cut Anjou pear dance in your head. Perfectly lucious and complex with just a touch of salinity. This wine really accentuates the crispness of spring morning dew along the French country side.
2021 BALANCING ACT
CHARDONNAY ~ ARROYO SECO - 14.2% abv.
$14.00/Glass $38.00/Bottle
So you say you don't like Chardonnay huh? This is your game changer. Your "I can't believe it's not buttah" Chard (because it's not). It's a happy medium between your stick of unsalted land O' Lakes and that crisp Myer lemon. Honeydew meets Créme fraiche. Hailing from the foggy hills of Monterey this cool climate white really pleases many palettes.
